** This section is for the terms and conditions of commissioning artwork from me. I accept commissions worldwide. If you would like to see what my artwork is like before buying it, you can browse my gallery here, or at my website [link]

Terms


<sub>+ Mode of payment preferred is Paypal. Cash via Bank-in ( Malaysians only ) also accepted.

+ I sometimes accept payment in other than cash (eg Art/Item exchange, DA Subscriptions, etc), you're welcome to discuss with me.

+ All prices are in USD$.

+ Any purchase made is NOT REFUNDABLE unless I choose to refund you for reasons of my own.

+ All artworks will be sent to you in Digital Format (High res JPEG). For all Traditional mediums, you will be required to pay the cost of shipping to your address if you want the original.

+ I will not accept requests for Shounen ai, Shoujo ai, Hentai, Yaoi or Yuri.

+ If you requested an original character of yours to be drawn, I would appreciate it if you can provide references of the character, or at least a very detailed description. If you request a drawing of an existing character then please state the name of the character along with the anime/game/etc title it goes under, along with reference images if possible.

+ You may use the artworks I have done for you in your website / blog / forum signature / etc, as long as you do not directly claim that you are the artist of said artwork. All artworks done by me are only usable by the person who commissioned the artwork (non-commercial purposes only, otherwise please let me know)

+ I reserve the right to take my time working on your piece. If you have any questions as to the status of your piece, feel free to contact me to ask before you make any negative assumptions.

+ Finished artworks might be uploaded to DeviantArt / my other galleries, if you prefer me not to do this, let me know in advance, thanks...</sub>

Waist-up only; Drawn, Inked & Colored digitally in cell-shade coloring of 1 character with transparent background in RPG or Visual Novel style. Front view or Semi-front view, depending on your choice. *Note: Images will be sent in transparent PNG format @72dpi.

d) Anime Screenshot ($20-$30 depending on difficulty of scene/BG)
Anime screenshot-like art, view of characters may vary according to the situation required (eg: close up, waist up, etc). Simple background included with optional dialog. *Important Note: The size of the image will be relative to an actual screenshot size, 700×539 px @72dpi
Extra characters: 2-4 characters max (each character may be charged extra depending on situation/difficulty)

Profile sheet of 1 character; Front View and Back View. Drawn in pencil and flat colors added. For extra additionals (face, accessories, side view /etc) may be charged extra depending on difficulty.

Short, animation only (no interaction) / fully interactive VN-style 'game' in Flash. Price also depends on whether I am required to draw art for it or not. I can possibly do other Flash-related stuff too. For more information or discussion, Note me.
