Scarf ends position and canvas size should stay exactly as given to make sure everything links up fine; do not move them.
Draw your character, and make the scarf wrap around them. Your character's pose and how the scarf goes around them is completely up to you.
Upload the final product as a PNG for a transparent BG
Don't shade the scarf ends, which are already there. You can shade the rest of the scarf that you draw in, though
